When Does My Billing Start?

If you’ve signed up for a monthly subscription, you’ve received an email that says your billing starts 5 days from the date of purchase. This is not true! We will EDIT your subscription when it comes in to start on the 5th of the first month of your subscription. Unfortunately, the Subscription software isn’t smart enough to have a Start Date, so we simple edit all new Subscriptions to the correct date.

When Will My Yarn Arrive?

We ship out your AMAZING yarn and accessories on the 5th of each month!  It usually takes 2 to 3 days to arrive to you. If the 5th happens to be over a weekend when mail service is not available, we will ship out the next available business day.

How Can I Buy A Subscription As A Gift?

Easy!  Simply put in YOUR billing and contact information, and the shipping address of the recipient. You are too kind!

What If I Love The Yarn And Want More?

Our dyers have generously given us 10 days after your yarn arrives to say, “I love it, give me more!” Simply let us know by sending an email to hello@blissboxyarnclub.com, and we will put you in touch with the dyer. Not only will they dye you more, they will give you a Bliss Box discount!
